We use these barstools in our kitchen island. They are super comfy and the styling is great, plus they came put together very well - no wobbles or looseness. If you have hardwood floors, I recommend putting felt or those little slide-y things on the feet as they are just bare wood at the bottom.

One of the two stools ordered was defective, where one of the rungs was bashed in. However, the box wasn't damaged when the stools arrived, so this may be a production issue. I wish there was a greater degree of quality assurance to prevent the aggravation of waiting another few weeks for the replacement to arrive.

These are perfect for our home -- I put 4 at the kitchen counter/breakfast bar that I built with 5 different types of hardwood and 2 in front of a solid cherry trestle table that Ii built (see photos). The color of the barstools matches perfectly I sit at it on the computer every night.

The only drawback is that on the bottom of the legs there is raw wood. You will need to put some sort of padding on the bottom of the legs if they are going to be used on a wood floor or tile.
