We planned to use the stools for a counter in the kitchen. When we ordered the stools we liked the look, color and design of the stools. However, [...]once we received the stools, we discovered they were very poorly constructed with the foot bars cracking and coming apart in several places and the stools now are unsafe to sit upon or use for any purpose.

These stools are SO well constructed and fit perfectly at my kitchen island! They actually look as though they were custom made to match my cabinets...awesome! They have weight to them, they are so sturdy and comfortable and just plain WELL MADE! (It was a bonus that they are Michigan-made, too!)

After scanning a lot of stool suppliers on the net, I was most impressed by the reviews of the bench that I selected. The reviews are what sold me and now after receiving our benches, I can truthfull say the reviews were right on.

Bought 4 of these for our new kitchen. They look great and fit in with our decor wonderfully. Just didn't see the need to spend 1500 a stool and we are very happy with the quality. They are super comfortable as well.
