The stools themselves are quite nice[...]To much hassle for stools I think.
Service and delivery comments:
The stools came damaged and when I tried to contact Winsome to have them replaced I was given the run around. Because I live in Canada I had to speak to the Canadian branch. I couldn't understand the woman and she would only replace one chair. The US branch would have replaced both.
