I use these mainly in the kitchen so that I can still sit and cook at the same time. The stools have little plastic floor protectors but if you have soft hard wood floors they might leave indents in them. I recommend putting felt pads on the bottom of the legs.

We needed two extra stools for our pub table for when we have guests. The quality of these was much better than I expected it to be for the price. The color exactly matches the base of our table. And the real bonus was that they were already assembled! One of the stools is not quite level, but it's not a big deal. These will be used just occasionally.

We are very pleased with the barstools. They are a simple style that fits perfectly with our counters. The sturdy legs and swivel seat are wonderful. I liked the way the barstools came already assembled and the shipping was fast.
