This stand easily supports a 60" plasma, and the adjustable shelfs make the storage areas very useful to include several components. The small center area is good either storing DVDs or housing smaller components like my wi-fi bridge and squeezebox plus remote controls. The black stand is very attractive, and one person can put it together although there were a couple tricky parts where you have to pay attention. Remotes work on the components with the doors closed, which is key.

We are using this in the family room for the big screen tv and x box and playstation components. Its beautiful and expensive looking and will hold any weight i believe. Very sturdy and smooth looking. Love the glass doors on it best as thats what makes it look classy and most of all it goes with the rest of the decor we have in the family room. Great product!!!!!!

If you use wood glue in the correct spots it is solid,looks nice and has lots of room has room. You could placd the sub but in it but I would not sounds better out of the stand.
