There was some difficulty putting together some of the bolts. It was the same problem on 3 different barstools.
Service and delivery comments:
I had some difficulty with getting the product from the supplier. It was not shipped when I was told it was and then Barstools.com had trouble getting clear and definitive answers on the order and if it shipped or not. I'm not so sure I would place the order again after this experience. Also, the product did have some scratches and gouges in the wood due to shipping (the boxes were beat up). The stools are put together and being used in my home currently. They are fine for our needs.

This bar stool is very good quality for the price. I purchased two of them to go at the island in our new home. I was pleased with everything. It was adequately represented on the web-site. We received the stools in the time promised and they were exactly what I believed I was purchasing. I assembled them myself in under an hour. They are sturdy and very handsome in our kitchen/breakfast area. You cannot go wrong with this bar stool.

I love these stools. I just did a remodel with new granite countertops and custom cabinets and stainless appliances. I was worried about buying on line without seeing them in person-afraid they might look cheap-but they are beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone. They were easy to put together, they are comfortable and they look fabulous.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
