I was very pleased to open the boxes and find all of the pieces in excellent condition, and all hardware available since I was at the cabin putting the stools together. I ordered the white stools with natural wood seat. The assembly was a piece of cake, and the stools are very sturdy and comfortable - solid enough to hold my 250lb brother-in-law! The only thing I didn't expect is that they are very square, as opposed to rectangular (like a saddle stool would be) and so they stick out from under the kitchen island/counter area more than I would have liked. But overall, great product for the price.
