We bought 4 and it took husband and son several hours to assemble. Nice, firmly padded seat. Swivels easy. We put felt pads on leg bottoms and they're fine on hardwood floor. We previously had square seats so husband noticed that difference, but they're comfortable and we're glad we have them. Good value.

Our kitchen island is now a great place to sit. These chairs are heavy enough that I don't worry about the kids and dogs knocking them over. The metal has been easy to clean. The only drawback is the suede cushion-but I keep a cover over them to protect from dog hair and kids' stuff.

Very nice looking, comfortable, fairly heavy, but sturdy enough for larger person. First assembly was a little difficult, but easier next assembly. I hadn't anticipated the very gold appearance of the frame (looked more bronze on internet), but I plan to do a bronze rub over it. Cushions will be easy to recover if that becomes necessary.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery needed to be worked around our schedule and was very satisfactory. Boxes arrived in good condition.

I bought 10 counter stool for my kitchen and they were as advertised and very nice. Not hard to put together but did take 10-15 minutes. Very happy as I looked all over for the perfect counter stool and finally found these.
