Comments about Hillsdale Furniture Milan 5-Piece Dining Set:
This set was better than expected before you take price into consideration. When you add price to the equation this set becomes the best furniture bargain i've ever experienced. The fabric on the chairs is very nice and a recent spill cleaned up with extreme ease. The chairs are very comfortable and look very rich. You do have to assemble the set patiently and I did have one problem with the screws not being long enough to affix the seats to the frame but a quick drive to the hardware store resolved that and I absolutely love the entire set. When screwing the set together I used Loc-Tite on every one to keep the screws from coming loose. It has been my experience that any metal set suffers screws needing occassional tightening and this should alleviate that issue. So far I can say I am beyond pleased.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was sooner than promised and everything arrived in good condition. I did need some customer service help with a missing finial for my table and the service was fast, courteous and above expectations. I was so surprised at the level of service that it would take a miracle to get me in a furniture store again. Thank you is about all I can say.
