These stools are gorgeous! Very heavy and sturdy, which is great for kids. My 3 yr old can climb up on them and I don't need to worry that they will fall over on him. The seats are nice and cushy and big! Very comfortable for hanging out in the kitchen for long periods. Amazing quality for the price! The seat color and back color are more of a true brown than they appear in the picture. Very easy to put together. Put together 4 chairs in less than 1/2 and hour.

Your service was excellent but the product isn'comfortable.
1 The back is too vertical. Metal not contured properly.
2 The seat deflates and is extremely hard, and the seat may be too large
3 The lower band is inset to far and makes it uncomfortable to use as a foot rest.
4 I have received complaints from both male and females.
5 Doesn't swivel very well. If not occupied the whole stool will try to turn on the tile floor.
