We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. The stools are very heavy and do not tip over when grandkids are moving around on them.

I knew the product was a second and was not returnable. I took a chance and one came through fine, the other one was damaged in shipment. I was worried about paying for a non-usable chair.
