This wine tower was a piece of junk. We got it for the waiting room at our office to keep bottled water for customers. It may look nice enough but after owning it for a few months it started to make a very loud noise every time the fan turned on. Yes- A REALLY LOUD rattle and bumping sound. Not long after that it stopped working all together. We tried it in different electrical outlets but that wasn't the problem. It just stopped working.
Service and delivery comments:
There was no problem with delivery. When I called about the problem with it breaking I was directed to the manufacturer who charged $14.95 to have another wine tower shipped to me. I thought this was nice that they at least replaced it. I'll see how long this new one will last.
