The 6-bottle capacity is great for preparing for small dinner parties, or for keeping your favorites ready all the time. It does take a few hours to get down to a holding temperature, so don't wait until the last minute to plug it in. However, it holds temperature well, even when it is opened often. No noise at all from the motor. Fits perfectly on the counter under standard cupboards.
Service and delivery comments:
The product was delivered exactly on time on the date promised (a nice surprise for my boyfriend's birthday), and in perfect condition. The unit is light enough so most people can lift it easily even in the box; don't pay extra for a courier to bring it inside.
