At All Barstools we are proud to offer a fair and easy return policy on all of our bar stools. As a result we receive and process a fair number of returns and are inspected upon arrival to our warehouse. Many times returned items show some signs of wear, having been shipped around extensively. We do not try to sell these items again as new even though they are generally in very good condition. In the past we sold these returns to liquidators.
